We set up our comprehensive planning expertise in turnkey construction for the future and extend our know-how to the field of medical planning. For the construction of a corresponding planning unit at the Hamburg or Stuttgart site - close to our internal operating customers - we are looking for a planning-experienced, entrepreneurial thinking personality with leadership experience. Construction and management of the new technical competence centre Planning activity in all stages of performance (concept, design, submission, execution) of the medical-technical planning and organisation of operations Management of the planning team (internal and/or external) of the medical device planning and operational organisation Coordination of all specialist planners working on the project:inside (architecture, structure, TGA, medical technology etc.) Technical, organisational and personnel coordination of cross-disciplinary project teams Cost and appointment management Optimization of planning and design processes

Complete technical training or studies in the field of medical technology/hospital engineering or engineering in the field of architecture or civil engineering Multiannual practice and sound knowledge in the planning and execution of building projects in the area of hospital/health/laborator Very good computer skills (MS Office) and CAD/Revit/MEP Knowledge of relevant technical standards and standards Target orientation and interest in developing future-oriented solutions and processes Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Leadership, loyalty, independent work, team skills and flexibility as well as planning and organizational skills
