In my role, I design one of the most technologically demanding and system-critical asset portfolios at 50Hertz with my team. My team and I work at the interface of network planning, projects, operation, system management, maintenance and purchasing and set company-wide standards and strategies for DC primary engineering. In doing so, I have great design playroom, build structures, develop my newly founded team and decisively shape the long-term technological orientation and vision of 50Hertz in the HGÜ environment. My tasks: Guided tour & organization specialist and disciplined leadership of the HGÜ & FACTS primary technology department, integration, further development and promotion of employees in the field of knowledge transfer, standards and sustainable competence building, Active support of change processes and structural developments.
