You are an organizational institution and have a passion for clear communication? Then we're looking for you! As Documentation Manager (m/w/d), you will actively participate in the future of our documentation landscape. Your task is to create uniform standards for our documentation and introduce the right tools to optimally support our product teams. In detail, your tasks are as follows: They standardise the development and implementation of uniform guidelines as well as processes for the creation, maintenance and management of product documentation. They select suitable software solutions (e.g. editorial systems, content management systems) and introduce them to efficiently create and manage documentation. They train employees in the new tools and processes and provide continuous support in the application. They work closely with the product teams to capture and implement their specific requirements for documentation. They ensure the quality and up-to-date of all documentation.

They have completed their studies in the field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable training. They bring experience in the creation and management of technical documentation. They have very good knowledge of the common office applications and ideally experience with editorial systems. They are characterized by pronounced organizational skills and a structured way of working. They are strong in communication and are happy to work in interdisciplinary teams. They have fluent language skills in German and English.
