The ''VSP - Association for Social Psychiatry e.V.'' is committed to improving the range of assistance for people with mental illness in the extraclinical area. The VSP was founded in 1972 by persons affected, relatives, committed citizens and professionals in Zwiefalten. Today, nearly 200 VSP employees work in the counties of Reutlingen, Tübingen, Esslingen, Sigmaringen and in the Zollernalbkreis and in the northern Alb-Donau district. You serve about 800 clients. People with mental illness offer the VSP a life with maximum normality - through a network of host families, housing groups and support in their own home. For a regulated daily routine, the VSP's day-to-day facilities and service offers contribute. Managing Director (m/w/d) - Esslingen for the focus of the district of Esslingen Parttime

(m/w/d) in parttime at the VSP – Verein für Sozialpsychiatrie e.V., based in Reutlingen from April 2026 or later. As a management, you are responsible for the offers in the Esslingen district in the case of extensive self-control of the individual areas. You're part of a three-headed management. Together with your two management colleagues, you take the overall strategic and operational responsibility for our social company in the counties of Reutlingen, Tübingen and Esslingen and beyond. You work closely with executives, employees, works council and supervisory bodies. At the same time, you represent our company to public finances, municipalities and cooperation partners and express our value-oriented attitude towards the outside. The focus of your action is social responsibility for economic thinking based on the basic attitudes of the VSP.
