Strengthen our area of education consulting & participant management in Munich as soon as possible Senior Consultant (m/w/d) 35 to 40 hours working week With your passion for excellent care and your focus on quality, you will be able to advise and accompany our participants and corporate customers in this position.

Consultancy & Support: Personal and tailor-made advice from interested parties on our training offers and continuous support for participants and corporate customers Create customer experience: Active management of all contact points along the customer journey with the aim of ensuring high communication quality and customer satisfaction Feedback & Quality Assurance: Organisation, implementation and evaluation of course evaluations and derivation of improvement measures Complaint Management: Professional processing of concerns and complaints with the requirement to find accurate solutions Support measures: Coordination and implementation of applications in the field of funding opportunities Project work & Innovation: Own-sponsored implementation of projects to further develop our participant management and support in operational day-to-day business with customer focus Cooperation & Network Care: Cooperation and coordination with external service providers to ensure smooth processes

A completed training or comparable qualification Practical experience in services Digital mindset as well as routined handling of MS Office applications Flexible, committed and distributive affine personality with pronounced self-organization capability Enthusiasm for communication and exchange with people Interest in the education industry and pleasure in education topics Self-responsible, reliable and structured operation Very good oral and written expressiveness in German Time flexibility once a week on a day to be set (Monday to Thursday) until 17:30 and once a month on Friday until 16:00 Joy in driving issues together in the team – tax-legal knowledge is not necessary
