You support the regional lean management team in various projects relating to Industry 4.0 and Lean methods. You work with a number of KVP projects, such as the implementation of process operations with the aim of increasing plant availability. You work independently small projects, including the coordination and security of their implementation, such as the independent implementation of 5S workshops. You will perform production data and prepare them. You will participate in the further development of the OPEX Academy. You carry out practical analysis tasks for various optimization potentials in production (value flow analysis, SMED, OEE, etc.).
You will complete your studies in engineering and mechanical engineering, industrial engineering (e.g. with a focus on lean management or production) or in a comparable course of study. Ideally, you have first practical experience in an industrial company and know-how in project management. Personally, you are convinced by initiative, ability to analyze, result orientation, organisational skills and quality orientation. You impress with outstanding communicative capabilities, sovereign appearance, structured working methods and persuasion. Safe handling of MS Office applications (especially Visio, Excel, PowerPoint) is self-evident for you. You have very good German and good English skills.
