You take over the overall technical responsibility for Identity & Access Management (IGA) and Privileged Access Management In addition, you control the technical requirements for Omada as a central identity governance system and CyberArk as a leading PAM tool. In addition, you define and develop an integrated IAM/PAM governance and secure consistent access control – via roll-based standard permissions as well as administrative and highly critical access. At the same time, you are responsible for the access management process end-to-end and develop and standardize joiner/mover/leaver processes, role and authorization processes as well as privileged access-use cases – with a clear focus on automation, traceability and scalability. Furthermore, you conduct complex IAM and PAM projects – such as the Omada extension, CyberArk rollouts or IGA/PAM integrations – and reliably manage internal teams and external service providers. As a central specialist contact for IAM & PAM, you are the first contact point for IT security, data protection and governance and always prepares deviations and measures in line with management. Last but not least, you will accompany exams and make sure that concepts are implemented sustainably and permanently anchored in operation.

Complete study of computer science, business informatics, economics or comparable; alternatively an equivalent training with relevant professional experience in the IAM, security or governance environment Multiannual experience in Identity & Access Management with governance and process responsibility as well as professional practice in the professional use and development of Omada or comparable IGA solutions Embossed project management and control experience in complex IT or security projects, ideally paired to IAM, IT security, project management or governance certifications Safe handling of regulatory and revision-related requirements and a very good understanding of Privileged Access Management, ideally with CyberArk Advantages: knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk, DORA, ISO 27001, BSI basic protection) and expertise in the interaction of IAM/PAM with adjacent technologies (e.g. Active Directory / Entra ID, SAP permissions, cloud platforms) Klares Plus: Understanding modern zero-trust and least-privilege approaches as well as know-how in transformation or maturity programs in the IAM or PAM environment
