Quality Manager for HVDC Converter Stations (m/f/d)

Design of the requirements for quality management and quality assurance as part of the tender for HVDC converter stations Definition, testing and approval of ITPs and clear acceptance criteria for various systems and test steps (e.g. steel construction, coating, mechanical and electrical systems) Testing of production documents in the field of quality management and quality assurance coordination and support of FAT/HAT/SAT, including production accompanying tests Further development of internal risk-based quality assurance (FMEA) Processing and introduction of Lessons Learned and derivation of feasible measures Creation and maintenance of quality documentation and reports, as well as KPIs in the respective projects Perform regular coordination meetings to maintain quality issues and strengthen quality culture in the projects Coordination and processing of changes and deviations in accordance with internal change management processes central contact for internal specialist departments and the contractor for quality topics Monitoring and implementation of supplier audits and their assessment

completed technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in quality management in plant engineering, ideally offshore HVDC converters or offshore AC platforms, shipbuilding, power plant construction, or comparable Practice in the preparation of ITPs, implementation of audits and monitoring of inspections and FAT/SAT safe occurrence, conflictability, negotiation and enforcement competence Structured, solution-oriented operation and readiness to travel Knowledge of relevant regulations, in particular ISO 9000, ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 19011, DIN EN 1090, DIN EN ISO 3834 very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing high team capability and organizational ability pronounced problem-solving competence
