IT Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

You create slim, digital IT compliance processes for our digital areas, combining regulatory requirements with best practices and user-centric solutions. You continuously develop our IT compliance, take on new technological possibilities and, in particular, use automation to efficiently integrate compliance requirements into our processes. You translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic specifications, processes and controls and drive their automation forward. You are responsible for anchoring regulatory and internal requirements in our IT processes and work closely with product, engineering and infrastructure teams to implement IT compliance as efficiently and user-friendly as possible. You keep relevant key figures in mind, derive action needs from them and provide meaningful reporting for transparency.

A completed study or a comparable qualification, for example in economics, business informatics, natural sciences or law. Good knowledge and practical experience with regulatory and regulatory requirements in the IT environment (e.g. DORA, IT risk management) as well as a good understanding of how these are taken into account in the development and operation of digital products.
