We are driving forward the agile transformation in IT: We work with numerous Scrum teams to SAFe Clear Scrum Process with Sprints, Sprint Planning, Daily, Sprint Review and Retrospective Agile implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and the expansion of the cloud architecture

Conception and preparation of the migration script for the S/4HANA Transformation in the context of master and movement data from ECC R/3 to S/4HANA Development of complex data transformations as part of the S/4HANA Introduction Responsibility of data migration, in particular synchronization and coordination of migration activities across the agile project teams Evaluation of the data volume for the cost estimation of migration Continuous optimization of various migration scenarios based on the MVP approach Identification and planning of the necessary cleaning activities Definition of criteria to ensure high data quality Implementation of workshops with stakeholders, departments and service providers

Completed studies in the field of (economic) informatics, business management, or comparable completed training ideally with IT reference Expertise in common SAP migration tools, such as the S/4HANA Migrationscockpit, SAP Data Services or the like Influential experience in the design and implementation of SAP data migrations Ideally know-how in the SAP modules MM, SD & FI (R/3 or S/4) with focus on master and movement data Practical experience with agile methods, such as Scrum, as well as tools Jira and Confluence Good communication skills and fun on team work High design motivation as well as structured and solution-oriented operation
