Technician Building Technology - Maintenance / Existing Properties (m/f/d)

You bring a completed training as a construction technician in the field of technical building equipment (TGA), alternatively as a master. You have extensive professional experience in the maintenance or modernization of existing objects. You are versed in the handling of common MS Office applications and bring sound knowledge in building technology. A self-sponsored, solution-oriented way of working as well as a safe and communicative appearance, even in the handling of tenants, are a feature. German language skills in word and writing complete your profile.
