Analysis and documentation of work processes in the engineering environment (e.g. software development, system integration) in the form of concrete use cases Development and introduction of a key payment system to evaluate the usability of technical processes and tools Initiation and implementation of internal improvement projects to increase user experience Promoting performance in engineering through user-centric optimization measures Accompanying change processes in close coordination with specialist departments and stakeholders Moderation of workshops and active advancement of improvement initiatives

Technical qualification: Complete technical or scientific studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical system development or usability analysis Knowledge of the implementation and moderation of workshops Experience in implementing change and improvement processes Personal qualification:Expressed analytical thinking and systematic working Communication strength, moderation competence and enforcement capability Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
