• You have completed vocational training as an industrial merchant (M/W/D) or a comparable commercial vocational training
• You have knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
• You have a safe, factual and friendly appearance on the phone
• English skills complete your profile

What do you expect?

• Ensuring cost-optimal, timely and volume-appropriate delivery to the customer
• Capture customer orders in the SAP system and monitor, if necessary correct the transferred data
• Support of customer portals
• Interface communication and coordination within the site and, if necessary, with the technology and with the customer
