TV Producer Live Shopping (m/f/d)

You control our live shows both in terms of content and sales and ensure that products are presented optimally on air. You prepare broadcasts independently, research-related information and coordinate all the important content for a frictionless process. You will be able to guide the director and studio crew professionally through the live broadcast and keep the overview at any time in dynamic situations. You analyze KPIs and broadcast performances, conduct optimization potentials and continuously develop our sales formats. You write relevant editing points, such as planning, moderation, sales execution or creation, and make a close collaboration between all participants. You document learnings as well as feedback from the shows and actively contribute to an open feedback and learning culture. You work in an exciting live TV environment where no day is like the other and you have direct influence on sales success.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable study and are interested in live TV, sales and media production. You will find ideal experience in sales, live TV or KPI-controlled sales formats. You work structured, keep a cool head under time pressure and meet fast and solution-oriented decisions. You convince with communication strength, team capability and a secure occurrence against different interfaces. You have a good sense of sales dramaturgy, product design and customer-oriented presentations. You are sure to use reporting tools, Microsoft Office and ideally also with live government systems. You have very good German and good English skills and are ready to work in shiftwork.
