Senior Business Controller (m/f/d)

As part of our business controlling team, you act as a strategic business partner for management and create transparency about the company's financial and operational performance. You control central controlling processes such as budgeting, forecasting and reporting at Group level and ensure a reliable data base for decisions. Your duties include: Financial Planning & Performance: Control and Continuous Optimization of Budget, Forecast and Reporting Processes and Group-wide Performance Management, incl. Analysis of deviations and derivation of concrete measures Reporting & Analysis: Coordination and implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles as well as preparation of results as a decision template for control bodies Data & KPI Standards: Ensuring consistent financial data across all systems and processes, as well as further development of global KPI structures and reporting standards Business Partnering: Advising management in strategic and operational issues, in particular in investment decisions, business cases and performance optimization Processes & Governance: Further development of controlling processes and systems taking into account accounting policies and close cooperation with accounting in the context of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts With us you combine presence and home office depending on the task and position - so we combine flexibility with a personal connection on site.
