Responsibility for operational and strategic controlling: With your team of 6 employees, you will ensure the continuous financial management of our business by planning, monitoring and analysis of all relevant company key figures. Construction of the Business Partnering Model: You establish the controlling as an active partner of business management and operational executives, deliver sound analyses and support for economic decisions at eye level. Further development of controlling instruments and systems: You develop forward-looking reporting with real-time data, dashboards and automation and actively promote digitalization and AI transformation in controlling. Reporting excellence: You prepare complex financial relationships to address and support ad hoc when it comes to making informed decisions quickly. Internal reporting, monthly, quarterly and annual accounts: You are actively working with your team and finance centers to create our internal and external reporting as well as the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and continuously develop budget and forecasting processes. Internal communication and interface management: For transparent communication within the company, you promote cross-departmental cooperation and perform an interface and contact function for internal and external stakeholders.

Complete business or economic studies with a focus on controlling or finance Long-term professional experience in controlling, ideally in the corporate environment with matrix structure, as well as well as well-founded leadership experience necessary (e.g. in cross-interdisciplinary work) Technical understanding and courage to change – very good knowledge in SAP (modules CO/FI), excellent handling of the current MS Office programs as well as initial knowledge in BI tools or AI applications Communicative and powerful personality with high team capacity, solution-oriented working methods and self-initiative and a hand-on mentality Ready for occasional service trips to our nationwide locations
