You work in the team process management of performance management at the interface between specialist and IT to further develop our damage management systems You agree closely with experts:inside the department for demand analysis, advises on implementation and develops expert concepts and process improvements together You translate requirements into User Stories and document them You operate active stakeholder management during implementation, test and hypercare phase to integrate different perspectives You identify and integrate innovative approaches, especially in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), for further process development

You have completed higher education in business, business information, insurance or related fields You bring at least 3 years of professional experience as a business analyst:in, ideally in the insurance sector, with You create and analyze technical concepts and document requirements You are familiar with modern process management methods (e.g. BPMN, Lean Management, Six Sigma) and you are familiar with agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) You are sure to go with analytic tools and software like SQL, MS Excel, BI tools, Jira and Confluence You have strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex tasks and interpret large amounts of data You have excellent communication and presentation skills as well as high team skills in interdisciplinary environments
