Your duties

• Preparation of food according to the calculation and nutritional requirements of DGE
• Work according to the work schedules and specifications defined according to their own QM
• Quality control of products to be produced (consistence, taste, appearance, MHD)
• Portioning of food in bulk containers
• Verification of storage according to legal and hygienic requirements and guidelines
• Disposal and management of all goods taking into account minimum durability data and the corresponding storage areas
• Use of the food portioning tape

You...

• have completed vocational training as a chef
• are characterized by a well-maintained appearance and good handling
• have already experience in Community supply, but it is desirable not necessarily necessary
• do the German language safely
• are reliable, team-ready and flexible

Prerequisite for the recruitment is the proof of a full-scale protection of measles and a certificate according to § 43 Infection Protection Act (Health certificate).
