In the commercial facility management, you can reliably meet many organizational topics around our locations. You coordinate processes, align with internal and external contacts and ensure that tasks are structured and implemented on time. For over 25 years, we have been supporting around 350 colleagues Sparkassen nationwide in areas such as cash management, accounting, purchasing, logistics and other services.

From 01. January 2027 we are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) for our commercial facility management in full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time (20 hours per week or 30 hours per week) at our Leverkusen location.

You commission and accompany modernization work in the main office and the branches of our customers and keep in mind the implementation. From the quote collection to the invoice check, you accompany the entire process and ensure that services and costs are matched. If you need to replace furniture or other equipment, you will take care of the procurement yourself. That's how the right thing comes to where it's needed. Interne Umzüge coordinates you with our caretaker service and external service providers and keeps all participants together. In case of insurance damage, you are the first respondent, report damage and keep the further processing in mind. Our guided canteens will guide you in close coordination with the service provider and ensure a smooth running. In addition, you manage the parking spaces in our underground garage.

You have a completed commercial vocational training and feel comfortable in the field. If you like to organize, coordinate and keep different topics together, this fits well with this task. You pack in the daily business, think service-oriented and find pragmatic solutions. Organization is up to you: you work structured, keep track of multiple topics as well, and you can assert yourself when it comes to it. You have a class B driver's license and are flexible when you need your local support.
