For our headquarters in Neumünster we are looking for a:n Executive Operations Supervisor (m/w/d)

40-hour basis. Do you not only want to accompany decisions, but to ensure that You are implemented consistently in the company? In this key role, you work directly with the management and make sure that operational decisions, projects and topics are implemented, controlled and tracked throughout the company. You are the central operational interface of the management and combine implementation control, project responsibility and operational support in the daily business. The aim of the role is to establish liability in the implementation, to drive projects forward and to appreciably relieve the management of the operational control daily. *For reasons of better legibility, we have dispensed with the simultaneous use of male, female and various language forms and used the generic masculine. Your tasks

Ensuring the implementation of management decisions across the company Pre- and post-processing of meetings incl. Documentation of decisions and derivation of binding implementation tasks Active implementation and follow-up management of all open tasks in the company Operational support in the day-to-day management and business to ensure smooth operations Independent control of cross-departmental projects and optimization of existing processes Examination of the implementation of measures and ensuring defined quality of results Identification and analysis of blockers in projects and processes incl. Development of solutions together with specialist areas Creating structured status and decision overviews to ensure maximum transparency in the company

You have a completed commercial training / a completed degree with a focus on business/management or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in operational control, project or process environment or in coordinating roles with cross-departmental responsibility. You have a well-founded knowledge of how to use the current applications of the MS Office package, especially Excel, as well as experience with digital tools. You have very good German (C2 level) and at least good English skills (B2 level) in word and writing as well as good ways of handling. You work very structured, translation-oriented and with high self-responsibility. You bring strong organizational and prioritization capabilities. You have communication strength and enforcing in the operational environment. You can control both operational topics and drive projects autonomously. You work consistently profit-oriented and think entrepreneurial. You are resilient and keep an overview even in dynamic phases. You are passionate about the Bestway® brand and identify with our products. And this is especially important to us: you are an intern and not a theorist.
