Apprenticeship as a patent paralegal (m/f/d)

You are coordinating procedures independently before national and international patent offices, the European Patent Office and the courts. You correspond with our clients independently. Among other things, you remind clients of deadlines (protective extensions, annual fees, priority reminders etc.). You prepare your signatures to correspondent lawyers for registration of all kinds of protective rights. You set up cost proposals for brands and patents nationally and internationally and get cost proposals for correspondence lawyers. You search in national and international registers of offices and register extracts. You run phone calls with clients, offices or correspondents. Also noteworthy are the responsible registration and control of the deadlines you always have in mind. You prepare the meetings with the clients before and after. The planning of travel is also part of your task.
