QM representative in the bakery (m/f/d)

You establish and maintain a quality management system in the company and promote continuous improvement measures. You create, maintain and update the quality management manual as well as the HACCP concept. You coordinate the technical building equipment/house technology, monitor maintenance work and are the first contact person for work safety and first aid topics. You plan and dispose of the external and internal cleaning forces. You organise regular quality tables and ensure ongoing quality, operation and process controls. You conduct internal and external audits and create the annual management review. You strengthen interdepartmental communication in all quality issues and take over the processing of complaints.

You are ecotrophologes (m/w/d) or have a comparable qualification. You bring experience in bakery or food business in a comparable position. You have profound knowledge of goods management systems, are open to digital technologies and are confident of the common computer/IT applications. You are versed in process analysis and improvement and have a high affinity for order and structure. You work independently, conscientiously and result-oriented.
