What awaits you: As a working student (w/d/m) in the field of market processes & customer data, you work at the interface of data, systems and processes and support our team in the field of measurement data & network accounting. You support the testing and installation of missing master data and contracts in the Robotron eCount system, which are taken over via interfaces from the SAP system
In the eCount process, you’ll see how to revise billing times and accounting codes
You carry out corrections to existing master data when adjustments have been made in the leading SAP system
You support the team in processing incoming enquiries and processes - e.g. via Outlook or the correspondence management system
You will get insights into central processes in the energy industry and learn how data quality and structured processes contribute to stable network and market communication
