As a junior IT supporter, you can support the IT of an established medium-sized company in the 2nd level support and qualify and solve tickets. In a Microsoft environment, you manage permissions as well as user accounts and provide appropriate documentation. As part of your tasks, you work with the different departments and external IT service providers. In the task you can also partially work in the home office ''hybrid'', but you also participate in the shift service.
