The role at a glance As a Master Data Manager (m/w/d) at DENK PHARMA you are the qualitative backbone of our system landscape. You ensure a constant and excellent master data quality in the long term – with a special focus on land-material information record data (LMI). With your high affinity for numbers, data and processes, you ensure that everything is running smoothly in SAP S/4 HANA. You increasingly act as a SAP key user, engage adjacent teams and thus contribute significantly to improving our daily workflows with your proactive optimization.

How to make your contribution with us:

master data management: Override the new installation, changes, mass data maintenance and the clean documentation of LMI master data (country material information record data) and other master data in the SD area in SAP S/4 HANA. Process & Quality Assurance: Actively contribute to process security by performing the process step “Testing Item System” as a solid instance in the entire article installation process.

Reporting & Analyses: Condensing data on meaningful reports and evaluations in the BP&A sector to provide important insights for the company.

Commercial Examination: Response the reliable examination and release of credits and provide for a correct commercial process.

Key-User & Support: Growing into the role of SAP Key-User, override appropriate activities and assist users in system-side questions as competent contact.

Education: You have a successfully completed commercial or technical training that forms a solid foundation for this role.

Professional experience: You have already gained several years of experience in the field of master data management and know exactly what it takes to maintain sensitive business data.

System knowledge: Good general SAP skills are natural for you, ideally you bring know-how in SAP S/4 HANA. A secure handling of MS Office completes your profile.

Working method: Your work is independent, structured and proactive. In addition, you have a great affinity for numbers, data and detailed documentation.

Optimization demand: You are not satisfied with the status quo, but you have great pleasure in questioning and optimising existing workflows.

Team spirit & development: You have a clear desire to develop yourself proactively, and you like to join a strong team as a reliable part.
