Creation and tracking of offers for international customers Independent processing of orders from order acquisition to invoice Organisation and handling of worldwide shipping processes including export and customs documentation Communication with international customers, forwardings, authorities and worldwide external services Pick-up and comparison of shipping offers and coordination of scheduled deliveries Processing of complaints and support of the international sales team in daily business

(m/w/d), industrial clerk (w/m/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in sales services, export or international order processing Knowledge of export business and ideally dealing with export documents and customs processes Safe handling of MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems, ideally also CRM systems Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Self-employed, careful and service-oriented working methods as well as pleasure in working with the team Do you recognize yourself in this description?
