Planning and operational handling of national transports in the complete cargo area Precise supply of the production lines of our automotive customers with strict time windows and sequence specifications Optimum utilization and economic use of the company's own vehicles, taking into account statutory requirements (learning and rest periods etc.) Commissioning and communication with subcontractors in fixed use Tracking of shipments, early detection of deviations and introduction of appropriate measures in the event of disturbances (e.g. delays, congestion, failures) Close coordination with customers, driving staff and service providers to ensure smooth running Development of alternative transport solutions in critical situations, especially in time-critical JIT/JIS processes Self-employed order processing and operational planning in a transport management system Continuous improvement of MRP processes in terms of efficiency, cost and service quality Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and internal and legal guidelines

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Professional experience in the disposing of vehicles and personnel as well as knowledge in route planning Very good German knowledge, foreign languages (e.g. Romanian, Bulgarian) are of advantage Teamability, loadability, flexibility Embossed service and service orientation Structured operation
