Night Supervisor Pre-Opening (m/f/d)

As Night Supervisor, you are the central operating authority during the night and make sure that our house works smoothly, safely and at the highest level in the late hours. You operate the Night Team, keep an overview of all processes and are at the same time a contact person:in for guests and colleagues. Operational direction of the night shift and support of the Night Team Ensuring a smooth night audit as well as correct dates Control and coordination of cash registers, transactions and accounting processes Responsibility for compliance with all safety and quality standards during the night Active guest care at late check-ins, early check-outs and special requests Processing of reservations, requests and administrative tasks during the night Close cooperation with Night Manager, Front Office, Housekeeping and Technology Monitoring of the entire hotel operation during the night incl. Tours and control tasks Ensuring a clear transfer to early service Support for reports, system controls and operational evaluations

Complete training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in front office or night audit, ideally with first leadership responsibility Structured, independent and responsible operation Embossed numerical understanding and secure PMS identifiers (e.g. Opera, Protel) High level of reliability, tranquility and decision-making – even at night Guest and service-oriented appearance with professional communication Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages of advantage Team spirit and the ability to take responsibility even in quiet night hours
