HR Analytics & Excellence Manager*

You are responsible for the Group-wide HR planning and preview process and continuously develop it. You coordinate the processes in close cooperation with HR Business partners, departments and controlling. You act as a central interface between the HR organization and the controlling of the DAW Group and ensure a close interconnection of personnel and financial planning. You accompany transformation, organization and restructuring projects as HR controlling partners and evaluate their impact on structures, personnel costs and capacities. On the HR side, you are responsible for supporting the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and are available as competent contact persons for personal economic issues. You analyze personal and organization data, identify trends and guide action recommendations as well as decision bases for management. You use modern analytics, automation and AI approaches to further increase transparency and efficiency in HR control processes.

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, business informatics, human resources management or comparable disciplines. Multiannual professional experience in HR Controlling, People Analytics, Personal Planning, Controlling or Similar Functions. Experience in supporting organizational, transformation or restructuring projects. Excellent analytical skills as well as a very good understanding of business relationships. High affinity for HR systems (ideally experience with Workday), reporting solutions and digital technologies. Communication strength as well as the ability to process and mediate complex facts in a manner that is appropriate to the address.
