completed studies in building technology / technical building equipment (TGA) or electrical engineering (with focus on automation technology or electrical energy technology) or
5-10 years of professional experience in technical planning (sovereign processing of complex buildings) Funded knowledge of procurement law (LP 6/7) Multi-currency practice in BIM-capable CAD software and the associated calculation programs Secure HOAI & VOB knowledge Very good knowledge of German and good English for ex- and internal communication
