The lecturer*in digital transformation is a central role in the support and design of the digital transformation process of our real estate sector. The main tasks include: Active participation and driving forward the strategic and sustainable digital transformation of the real estate sector of the Union Investment Group Development and strategic planning of digitalization initiatives Development and implementation of holistic change management strategies regarding digitalization initiatives Self-implementation of operational and strategic tasks and cross-departmental projects that contribute to the (digital) transformation of the real estate business unit Ensuring sustainable implementation of change processes and control of digitalisation initiatives Active participation in continuous development in the sense of professional change management and support of management through consulting activities direct cooperation with the Union Investment Real Estate’s Chief Operating Officer (COO); Advice and support for COO in decisions Development of decision-making concepts and their presentation and preparation of decision-making documents for the COO The body must be occupied within the framework of a parental leave for 18 months.

Successfully completed economics, real estate, IT-related or scientific studies or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in the context of multi-project management with a pronounced technical proximity High affinity for digital technologies, a strong strategic approach and a good understanding of the needs and requirements of the specialist departments Specialized knowledge and experience in digitization, process automation and business intelligence Strong conceptual and analytical thinking and a structured and independent way of working Representative consulting skills, a process-oriented and entrepreneurial attitude Communication and presentation strength as well as the ability to communicate complex facts in a comprehensible and addressable manner High self-initiative, target orientation, decision-making and team capacity We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
