As a team leader, you and your employees ensure the most efficient, timely and fault-free damage management possible – the damage regulation for the liability insurance of our business units is also your responsibility. Your task in detail: Responsibility for personnel: You are leading a team with high expertise – professionally and disciplinary – and ensure that your employees are encouraged in their development and feel closer to the common goals. Operational daily business: You are actively involved at any time – you determine the amount of damage, the amount of damage and compensation and take over the regulation as part of the authorisations. Process Verbessung: Strongly analyze our workflows in damage processing, derive key figures as well as optimization measures and implement them in a structured manner. Interface function: You control the use of experts and are in contact with injured persons, regress offices, law firms and the various companies of BLG LOGISTICS. These skills and knowledge continue to distinguish: Qualification: You have completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for insurance and finance (⁠m⁠/⁠w⁠/d), an economic study with a focus on insurance management / insurance management or are comparablely qualified, for example as an insurance specialist (m/w/d). Occupational Practice: You have several years of experience in damage management or damage management in an insurance company or in an enterprise, and preferably in the processing of liability damage.
