Boiler Attendant - Combined Heat and Power Plant (m/f/d)

HEIZKRAFTWERK PFAFFENWALD Our heating power plant is part of the University of Stuttgart and with its 33 employees supplies the campus Vaihingen with district heating, electricity, remote refrigeration and process steam. The power and heat generation operating range operates several boilers, gas and steam turbines. An additional waste heat center with large heat pumps for the use of waste heat is under construction.

As a boiler heater, you are responsible in the team with the control stand driver for the safe, regular and economical operation of high-pressure steam and hot water systems: You control the various systems for steam and heat generation as well as their secondary systems. You monitor and intervene in disturbances in order to ensure uninterrupted energy generation. You support maintenance, repair and maintenance work.

You have completed technical training. If you are already tested boilerguards, you can start directly and with a thorough workup in the team. If you still lack this qualification, you will acquire it during your initial training phase with a successful participation in a 2-week boilerguard course. You are flexible, contact- and team-ready and show a high degree of commitment. The work in interlayer does not constitute an obstacle to you.
