As a SAP Project and Demand Manager, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of SAP projects and for the management of new project requests in our organization within the Carl Zeiss Microscopy GmbH. With your passion for project management, you can implement complex requirements in results-oriented solutions. Your duties include: Responsibility for managing and implementing SAP projects from planning to implementation in compliance with schedules, budgets and quality standards

Collection and analysis of the requirements of the specialist departments to ensure that the SAP solutions meet the business needs

Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and cooperation

Identification and allocation of resources for projects to ensure efficient implementation

Proactive identification of risks and development of risk mitigation strategies and management of changes in the project

Creation of regular status reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders

Studies in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or Comparative Qualification

Multiannual relevant experience in project management and implementation of SAP systems and processes

Very good knowledge of individual SAP modules (SD, MM, PP etc.) and solutions

Embossed analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent presentation skills for stakeholder management

Very good communication skills in German and English as well as intercultural competence
