Our Bid Management department is responsible for the central control, professionalization and scaling of the entire tender process at FERCHAU. The aim is to increase efficiency, ensure a consistently high quality of supply and increase the profit rate through clear processes, central control and salesforce-based data and reference availability.

Manager (m/w/d) Gummersbach These challenges you take on Strategic Management of the Central Bid Management Department Definition, development and safeguarding of standard processes as well as template management and ongoing optimization of our tools and processes Integration and control of a systemic reference process and control in Salesforce Project tracking, reporting and management transparency for all KPI tracking Quality Assurance and Lessons Learned Management Communication with management and regular reports in relevant bodies Interface function for sales, marketing and IT departments Ensuring process reliability and escalation management Support of tenders (organization kick-off, time-limit management, tenderer communication, reference preparation, proof and certificate management, supplier's own information, bid fee and participation of tenderer discussions) Perspective expansion of the central bid management department We offer you 30 days vacation, asset-effective services, occupational pensions, holiday allowances The possibility to work on a mobile day per week Private usable company car incl. Convince us with your qualifications Complete business studies and multi-year experience in Bid Management, ideally in a centrally controlled, matrix-organized environment Extensive knowledge of CRM systems (in particular salesforce) and document management Experience in developing and implementing standard processes and templates Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and high communication skills Leadership experience and ability to control interdisciplinary teams Safe handling of KPIs and reporting tools High self-initiative, organisational strength and quality awareness German knowledge and very good English knowledge in word and writing
