Support us as Senior Consultant (m/w/d) We are now looking for a dedicated and professionally experienced specialist consultant (m/w/d) for the HSEQ operation in full time. This activity is carried out at the Dormagen site.

Responsibility for the topicality and effectiveness of the integrated management system (HSEQ) incl. Documentation Coordination of the tasks of quality management Support in the implementation of Operational Excellence (OPEX) and process optimization Perception of legally prescribed mandate functions (e.g. waste officer) Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal audits as well as supplier audits and visits Preparation and monitoring of external audits and inspections Consultation of process owners in matters of quality, environmental and energy management Implementation of internal training and moderation of the quality conference Participation in internal and external bodies Representation of business interests Hazardous Substance Management Support and Legal Warehouse Documentation Contact person for authorities, certification bodies and software service providers Further development of our integrated management system and take over key functions in the areas of quality, environment, energy and security.

Complete studies, preferably in the areas of quality management, chemistry or safety technology or comparable Further training in relevant management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 50001 etc.) Additional qualification in hazardous material law as well as technical and technical knowledge for the performance of at least one representative function Multiannual experience in the application and development of management systems Sovereign handling of authorities and auditors Experience in conducting and monitoring audits Very good knowledge of relevant standards, technical rules and legislation, in particular in chemical law Continuing training on occupational safety in accordance with § 7 ASiG desirable Good knowledge of MS-Office driving licence class B In this position, we want someone who acts customer-oriented, has a high level of team orientation and has a strong communication strength.
