Your tasks

• Preparation of authentic Vietnamese food
• Preparation and processing of fresh ingredients
• Compliance with hygiene requirements according to HACCP
• Support in the organization of the kitchen
• cleaning and maintenance of the workplace and kitchen appliances
• Teamwork to ensure a smooth kitchen drain

Your profile

• Experience in Vietnamese cuisine is desirable.
• Professional experience as a cook (m/w/d) or kitchen helper (m/w/d) is of advantage.
• preferred people from Asian space
• Self-employed, reliable and careful working
• Teamability and loadability
• Basic knowledge of the German language is advantageous, but no prerequisite.
