Human Resources Officer with a focus on collective labour law (gn)

For our customers in Meerbusch, we are looking for a passionate staffer (m/w/d) with completed legal studies.

As part of a company-wide merger and restructuring is the special focus of this position on the care and cooperation with various local works councils.

We therefore require extensive experience in collective labour law.

If you like to work in a dynamic environment, want to introduce your expertise in labour law issues and look for a new challenge in full time, we look forward to your application They support the Senior Team Employment Law in day-to-day business and carry out independent tasks and (partial) projects They conduct independent research in legal databases and specialist literature They advise specialists and executives on labour law issues You act as a savings partner for the HR management team You are responsible for complete document management They independently supervise the software tool for employee transfer and factory contract management with regard to labor compliance You coordinate and process work-court procedures, including time-limit control, document management and writing They assist in negotiations with employee representations and take them independently as required They work closely with interfaces such as IT, data protection/compliance and QHSE to develop solutions for co-determination issues You are the employee in projects of other specialist departments of the Shared Service Center They collect and analyse changes in the legal situation and develop necessary measures After appropriate incorporation, you take over work areas and projects independently, e.g. B. the preparation of business agreements or the preparation of legal opinions

You have a successfully completed study, for example as a full lawyer or business lawyer (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification with detectable successes in the labour law Ideally, you will bring experience in the personnel sector or in the labour law consulting with you You are very well aware of the German language and have knowledge of English that is safe for negotiation They are characterized by a pronounced cooperation, communication and conflictability They convince by excellent negotiating skills in dealing with stakeholders and in consulting You can safely use standard software applications, especially MS Office, to
