Intern in Knowledge Management of Corporate Strategy (m/w/d)

And beyond.Our 9-member Knowledge Management Team is based in the Corporate Strategy and is responsible for the Otto Group's extensive knowledge and best practice exchange. We bring experts together and integrate external knowledge into the Group. As part of one.O, we build the internal knowledge management to make better use of the company's knowledge potential. We are a motivated team that shares knowledge and learns from each other. We develop and implement innovative KM strategies and make a direct contribution to the strategic one.O objectives of the Otto Group.

You help to be the central point of contact for knowledge and best practices within the Otto Group. As part of one.O, you support the design of the new internal knowledge management of the Otto Group. You help develop innovative concepts, support the implementation of new tools and contribute to creating a culture of knowledge sharing. You prepare trainings, workshops and other formats to strengthen knowledge competence in the company. You help to ensure that our work makes a measurable contribution to the strategic objectives of the Otto Group. You will also participate in the development of a group-wide expert network and promote the exchange between disciplines and communities.

From the third semester or in the master, you are ideally studying in economics or communication sciences or business informatics and achieving very good performances. First practical experience from internships or work students jobs, ideally in the economic environment, with reference to e-commerce or knowledge management. Strong communicative skills and a good sense of structure, planning and organization. Pleasure to work together, combined with the willingness to take responsibility and advance themes independently. High motivation, curiosity and the ability to introduce and develop your own ideas. Very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B2) complete your profile.

Nice-to-have: Knowledge in handling AI in the working environment, for example with ChatGPT. Versified handling with MS Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
