The work in digital education management and especially in the support of the Learning Management System includes the following tasks:

- Technical Analysis, Data Management & Reporting Creation of reports and analyses, e.g. usage data, system errors, KPI evaluations Analysis of database tables and log files for troubleshooting, optimization or function testing
- Support, fault diagnosis & quality assurance Editing of technical tickets from the user support (2nd-level) Technical fault diagnosis and sustainable problem solving Maintenance of technical documentation, test protocols and process documents
- Project work Development and implementation projects in the field of digital education management Technical planning, implementation and documentation of system adaptations Coordination of technical tasks with internal and external project partners Maintenance of digital storage structures
Completed university studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject (preferably Master) First practical experience in dealing with databases or web-based application systems Basic knowledge of project management and documentation tools (e.g. redmine) Ideally knowledge of the administration or further development of LMS systems such as Moodle or TOTARA Willingness to work at different locations of the LMU clinic, including the associated location change (mobility is assumed)
