Process analysis: You analyze existing payment processes (in particular inaccessible procedures in eCommerce, POS and abroad), identify optimization potentials and ensure stable and efficient processes Project collaboration: In close coordination with finance, IT and specialist areas, you will ensure that process changes are designed and implemented professionally clean and sustainable Cause analysis: In case of deviations or disturbances, analyse causes structured and derive appropriate measures for stabilisation and prevention Innovation management: You accompany the introduction of new number types, interfaces or systems, test processes and ensure a smooth transition into operation Quality assurance: You define and monitor quality standards and continuously develop processes in the sense of automation, scalability and efficiency Interface management: In your position, you act as a central interface between internal departments, IT, external payment providers and other partners Data Steward: You take responsibility for the data quality in the payment and treasury environment, secure consistent data flows and support reporting and governance issues Business Analysis: Recovering technical requirements, translating these into structured concepts and supporting the implementation and testing of solutions is your responsibility

Training/study: A completed commercial training or an economic study or comparable qualification form your basis Process environment: You have profound experience in process management, ideally in the commercial or financial environment Retail experience: A comprehensive understanding of business processes and operational and digital payment processes Competence of representation: Your ability to prepare complex facts in a comprehensible and addressable way (e.g. visually) you have already successfully demonstrated in practice Data expert: You are safe in handling key figures and evaluations, ideally you have experience with BI tools like Qlik Analytical skills and bite: your structured, analytical work combined with high problem-solving compets is constantly advancing our team Communication strength: Your appearance is always sovereign and you know a clear communication with internal and external stakeholders readiness to change: With pleasure, you will participate in the development and active participation of processes
