personal advice from companies of different sizes, legal forms and industries, entrepreneurial families and wealthy individuals in the national context with a focus on contract design in general company law, inheritance law, corporate succession and labour law, development of practical and economically sophisticated solutions, interdisciplinary cooperation with our tax advisors on the development of holistic consulting concepts for our clients

Multiannual experience in the activity as a lawyer (m/w/d) desirable, entrepreneurial thinking and a risk-conscious understanding of legal and economic relations, Organizational talent with a high degree of self-initiative Team skills and communication strength to advise clients and colleagues personally, pragmatically and solution-oriented.
