Employees IT processes and systems (m/f/d)

You advise and support the development and implementation of the process organization and IT system landscape of the Telecommunication business area. You process IT requirements from conception to implementation in the existing system environment or Interfaces and actively participate in projects. Database systems are managed by you and data collections are maintained and quality and plausibility checks are carried out. You offer user support, participate in training documents and project documentation and work with key figures.

This place is initially limited for 4 years.

You have a degree (Bachelor or comparable), preferably in the field of computer science/informatics. You have first experience in IT project management, ideally in the telecommunications environment. Practical experience in agile requirement management is advantageous. You have well-founded knowledge of industry-specific software products. You'll be safe with data technology and PC standard software like M365. A high sense of responsibility, strong customer and target orientation, a structured way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking/acting characterize you.
