The diakonis – Diakonissenhaus Foundation was founded in 1899 and is today the largest provider in the field of old aid in the Lippe district. Around 1,000 employees attend the Detmold sites, location, Augustdorf and snakes every day about 1,500 people. The diverse range ranges from outpatient, partially and fully-steady care services to housing and support services to stationary hospices and a separate nursing school. The Grüner Weg Seniorenzentrum in Detmold-Hiddesen offers 63 fully-steady care areas and accompanies people with different care and support needs. In your function, you take over the nursing management of the Senior Center and, together with your team, bear responsibility for a high-quality and individual care and support of the residents. A special focus is on the leadership, development and sustainable strengthening of the existing team. You will design the selection and incorporation of new colleagues and ensure the necessary personnel, services and holiday planning. With a clear look for quality, you continuously develop care. Care processes and concepts as well as quality management are actively involved. Residential orientation and economic thinking bring you together effectively and keep in mind both the professional and the organizational requirements of the Senior Centre. You represent the Senior Centre professionally inward and outward and actively contribute to public relations. You will maintain a trusted cooperation with members, doctors, cooperation partners and other relevant actors in the context of the institution.

As a trained nursing professional, you have several years of professional experience and have completed the necessary further training for senior nursing staff within the meaning of SGB XI. Alternatively, a suitable relevant degree can be taken into account if the legal requirements are met. Funded leadership experience forms a good basis for your next career step. You have acquired these as a responsible nursing professional by at least two years of activity. Ideally, you are familiar with the structures of stationary old aid and have experiences in nursing and quality management as well as in personnel deployment planning. Knowledge of people with dementia are particularly welcome. An esteeming, clear and binding leadership style is what distinguishes you. You will be able to involve, motivate and support employees in their long-term development. Empathy and communication strength combine with organizational power, decision-making and economic thinking. Also in challenging situations, keep an overview and set clear priorities.
