You take over the entire recruiting process for defined areas of expertise – from job alerts to settings You conduct interviews (online and in presence) together with the areas of expertise and are responsible for pre- and post-processing You look for a positive Candidate Experience – because the first impression counts You work closely with our HR team and are Sparring partner for all recruiting topics in your area You communicate with our specialist departments, applicants and external partners and are available to them as a contact person

You participate in career fairs and represent Deutsche Windtechnik as an attractive employer Your task also includes participation in recruiting projects, the development of creative recruiting strategies, and simplification of processes and processes in recruiting.

You have completed your studies in the field of BWL with the focus on human resources, as an alternative you have a completed commercial training with personal reference You are passionate about recruiting trends and have over several years of professional experience in the described area of responsibility You already have experience in dealing with recruiting tools and know about the current MS Office applications You characterize a pronounced communication skills and your German knowledge is good in word and writing You also keep an overview in stressful situations and have an independent and structured way of working You are empathic, like working in the team and bringing a high motivation and commitment with you
