As a toolmaker (m/w/d) at MEISER Solar GmbH you are responsible for the production, maintenance and repair of tools, devices and molds. Your main tasks include the setup, operation and optimization of both conventional and CNC-controlled machines to ensure efficient production. Another important part of your activity is the troubleshooting and repair of tools to ensure a smooth production process. In addition, you carry out quality checks and measurement checks of the manufactured components according to technical drawings to guarantee the highest precision and quality. In addition, you work closely with the production and development departments in your role to realize continuous improvements in the tools and manufacturing processes.

(m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or mechatronic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Experience in manufacturing, maintenance and repair of punching and forming tools knowledge of machining (turning, milling, grinding) and working with CNC and conventional machines Technical understanding and drawing for precise dimensional work and quality control Handicraft skill and careful operation to ensure high precision Team skills and initiative to work together effectively with other departments Experiences in the field of automation and optimization of manufacturing processes
