To strengthen our great team in the classic outpatient tour care, we are looking for you, dearly dedicated Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in part- or full-time.

Your qualifications:

• A completed training with 3-year exams as a nurse (m/w/d)
• A lot of heart and passion for nursing
• sensitivity, comfort and communication strength
• Class B driving licence

Your tasks:

• You care and support your clients in their home and contribute to an individual and as self-determined life as possible
• You carry out professional and resource-oriented basic and treatment care
• Your counterpart quickly feels that he is in loving, professional hands with you
• You always know about the health status of your clients, because you keep your observations in writing
• In addition, you will assist the relatives around the topic Care
