Commercial Execution Manager (m/f/d)

Responsible commercial support of EPC/infrastructure projects Identification, assessment and follow-up of commercial risks and derivation of appropriate countermeasures, as well as central contact person for commercial issues Commercial evaluation and processing of performance changes, counterclaims and potential supplements Preparation, moderation and support of negotiations on commercial matters Analysis and plausibility of project progress, schedules and relevant KPIs for identifying cost- and time-relevant risks and their tracking Assessment of offers regarding commercial risks and identification of savings potential Creation of decision templates, management reports, Lessons Learned and action recommendations Coordination and moderation of complex commercial issues between the different project participants and the contractor Ensuring transparent communication of relevant project risks to stakeholders IHR PROFIL: successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification Experience in the development of investment projects, especially in the EPC(I) sector Experience in Project Management, Commercial Excution Management or Claim Management Technical understanding: ability to balance technical project levels with contractual requirements and to evaluate resulting commercial effects Commercial Understanding: Understanding the Commercial Project Management of Large Projects Commercial verdictability for the classification of commercial effects of technical, timely and supply chain-related facts Ability to present complex facts in clear, addressable decision bases and comparable action options English in Word and Writing
