As part of the follow-up plan, we are looking for a first time Staff (w/m/d) in the HR department - focus on training and recruiting in full time.

Your tasks: Accompanying our trainees and dual students from the selection process to the takeover. Organisation around the training: introduction days, deployment planning, training measures, projects, etc. Contact persons for managers, trainers on site and external partners (e.g. IHK, vocational schools, DHBW and lecturers). design and implementation of advertising measures and internships as well as regular participation in training fairs and school events. Recruiting activities (job displays, applicant communication, onboarding etc.). Acquisition of other topics in the ongoing day-to-day business of the staff sector.

Your personal profile: You have a completed (bank) commercial training as well as a further training for the specialist or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have filed the training exam (AEVO). You have been employed in a financial institution for several years and in customer consulting. You have also been able to gain first experience in the care of trainees. You are delighted to accompany and support young people in their professional and personal development. You are characterized by a high degree of empathy and persuasion. You like to work independently, targeted and take responsibility.
