The team supports market access, innovation and patient safety by promoting excellence in manufacturing and supply chain, monitoring monitoring after placing on the market and driving continuous improvements and harmonisation of systems. SQR also manages regulatory and qualitative data management and provides important product-related business services for global operations. To strengthen our quality systems area, we are looking for a dedicated personality that combines project management expertise with a strong conceptual strength in the field of training and learning systems. In addition to classic QS experience, we are also explicitly open to candidates who have successfully built and implemented training concepts in other regulated or complex environments.

Management, management and implementation of internal and cross-departmental projects in the field of quality systems with a focus on the design of a training and training system (ComplianceWire) Development, introduction and training of new QM and corporate processes including creation and maintenance of SOPs Project management for the introduction, development and sustainable establishment of an electronic training management system (eLMS) at the St. Wendel site Conception, harmonisation and implementation of training and training processes at site and department level Process owner (local administrator/super user) for eLMS incl. User training:inside and first-level support Takeover of the expert role for training management in internal and external audits as well as representation of the location in the international SME network

Complete university studies or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in project management, ideal in the quality, training or learning environment Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820) or proven experience in building and implementing training and/or training Learning management systems outside quality assurance Strong conceptual skills and experience in the development, structuring and implementation of training concepts Experience in the introduction and administration of complex IT or learning management systems of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as pronounced communication and moderation skills Structured, analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation, high self-responsibility as well as strong team and willingness to change
